Like Time Never Passed

We made a quick trip to Utah before our big move to see our good friends the Downey's.  I LOVE to just be with Kiersten. We could talk or not talk and it is a good time. We also have girls that are only two weeks apart. Even though it took the two to settle in with each other, Raquel was asking when we were going back to "her Bri" and play.  While the kids played or not, us Mom's just chatted it up. So refreshing to be with a old friend.
We ended the day by taking the girls to a movie. Me trying to be resourceful and saving on treats I bought sprite and popcorn.  It was a hot day and not sure why this happened but after pouring the pop into three separate containers they all exploded like fireworks. Both the girls got a splash in the face and Kiersten lost the lid as it popped off during the movie. It was pretty funny. Brilynn let us know " I don't like carbonation"
They great thing is that we may not see each other for another year or more but I know that we will be able to pick up where we left off.
