I Old Enough

Driving home from a quick visit to Idaho we came over the Jackson Hole pass and spotted several hang gliders above us.
"Whats that mommy?"
"Those are hang gliders. So people can fly."
"I want one"
"Oh not yet. I am not ready for you to fly. You need to be older"
"I want a blue one"
"Yes, you can have a blue one. When you are older"
Long pause
"I older!! I fly!" As if waiting a few minutes she would be old enough.
"No sweetie you need to be old like Dad"
Another long pause
"Dad hold me?"
"Let ask Dad when we get home"

Walking in the door we found our home messy. No surprise as we left in a hurry.
"Raquel we have a messy house!"
"Daddy messed the house! He messy!"
