I have celebrated the 4th in several different towns. Big Piney is far the best! The people and actvites are community focused. This year was it's centennial and they had a lot going on. It was a must to drive 20 hours straight to join in the festives with our friends.
I know we had a good time since I ended up with little photos.
After a long drive I was surprised with a duckbillpaildapus (if this was a Spanish this is how you would spell it) word birthday celebration. I LOVE these girls!!
Day of the 4th we went to the parade. I got soaked with water and the girls loaded up with candy.
Off to the lake just to be rained out. None the less we had fun being with friends.
Good friends all tuckered out.
The downtown Saturday market. Jumped on the bouncy houses and opened up some clams to discover pink pearls.
We made a trip to Idaho to have lunch and cupcakes with the Wright. I smashed Heidi's cupcakes due to my mad driving skills. We also stopped to check on Audrey and made a very spontaneous trip through the country roads to return to WY.
We stopped in Dallas for our family time. We ate yummy Chinese food, swam in the pool and visit the museum. Bells saw her first mummy!
