Dear Raquel,
Today I was so impressed by your ability to imagine and entertain yourself while I did some deep cleaning.
I did not mind so much that you were on the table building a tall tower with your play dough.
I loved to listen to you play house with your dolls. But the best was to watch you pass the room I was cleaning with your toy sack flung over your shoulder. I got a little glimpse into your imaginative world today.
I am grateful also for when you wanted a snack and I said you could have anything you went straight for the apples and carrots with out promoting. (maybe I can get rid of fruit snacks and crackers now?)
I love you! Thanks for being a big helper and letting me get our house ready for fall.
Soon you will be starting your preschool lessons. How should we decorate your name tag? Lets hope we can work together as well as we did today!
